You'll have an opportunity to take one last shower. Normally, there are no further opportunities to get clean, but this trip has the potential for swimming as well as a campground shower.

All the items that you won't bring on the trail will be set aside.

Breakfast

Shuttle to Patrick's Point State Park (1-2 hours)

Begin Hiking at Agate Beach Parking Area, elevation 400'

Hike 8.6 Miles, Total to Date: 8.6 (Note: This is a lot of hiking for the first day, but beach hiking is completely level and reasonably easy, although the sand may be soft and slow progress. If necessary, we can camp at Dry Lagoon Environmental camp at only 6.4 miles.)
